As pharmacy practice has become central to primary healthcare, accreditation has needed to evolve to show not just that safe processes exist, but that they’re working effectively in day-to-day practice. QSPP has been designed to reflect the realities of modern community pharmacy and strengthen the focus on clinical governance, patient safety and quality in everyday care.
