Registration and assessments
Registration
Step 1 - Register
Submit your registration through the New Pharmacy Registration Form
Registration for QSPP accreditation will open ahead of the October commencement date.
Pharmacies currently accredited under QCPP will transition automatically to QSPP and are not required to register.
Subscribe to QSPP communications to be notified when registration opens.
Already receiving QCPP communications? You’ll automatically be included in QSPP updates, so you don’t need to register again.

Step 2 – Assessment Scheduling
You will receive a proposed assessment date from the scheduling team at least 42 days in advance.
Step 3 – Onsite Assessment
An assessor will attend your pharmacy to review evidence, observe practice and confirm that systems operate effectively.
Step 4 – Report and Corrective Actions
An interim report is issued outlining any major and minor non-conformances requiring corrective actions. Once addressed, accreditation is confirmed.
Assessments
Until 1 October 2026, assessments will continue under the current QCPP requirements, with a supported and phased transition to QSPP to ensure pharmacies have clarity and confidence every step of the way.
